September 2011: Food Network Magazine names the Solstice Country Girl Cherry Pizza the Best in WA state

From crunchy-crust classics to brash pies that break every rule, FOOD NETWORK MAGAZINE editors set out to find the best pizzas in America and revealed the winners in the September 2011 issue. Among the 50 best pies in the country: the Country Girl Cherry pizza from Solstice Wood Fire Café. FOOD NETWORK MAGAZINE editors were won over by the Country Girl Cherry pizza, which combines cherries from the Columbia River Gorge region paired with chorizo sausage and goat cheese, topped off with a sprinkle of rosemary and thyme.
